Aviv has 20+ years of experience, spanning an extensive range of industries and communities, resulting in a diverse professional network and set of skills.
Aviv does concept ideation and development, program curation and project management, specializing in connecting people through live, digital & hybrid events – conferences, festivals, exhibits, workshops, creative labs, retreats etc.
Aviv has a decade of experience in the tech industry as an analyst and PMO in the cyber-sec field. Prior, alongside and following, Aviv has worked in the arts sector, established, managed and organized non-profits, software solutions, film festivals and many other projects. Aviv initiated, developed, curated and produced numerous conferences, events and creative projects: from mass-audience & open-to-the-public film festivals to exclusive professional masterclasses and retreats; Art exhibits, poetry readings, dance recitals, tech meetups, science talks, cocktail receptions, opening-night parties and even stargazing events.
In 2005 Aviv founded an international film festival in Tel-Aviv dedicated to science fiction and fantastic genre films, a year later he started a series of talks titled “Science & Fiction”, both have integrated into The Utopia Association & Festival operating to this day.
Aviv works on projects bridging science and science fiction, tech & social activism, integrating film, media, literature, design and other artistic disciplines.
